Prolegomena

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. This is a quote from the Prologue of the Gospel according to Saint John (John 1:1). I am a visual communication designer, of flesh and blood—maybe I'm exaggerating, but it makes me treat these sacred words with a touch of defiance, but also with a certain note of doubt. It seems to me that in the beginning there was an image, not to say a Sign. When God breathed life into Adam, he probably opened his eyes first, and only then, dazzled by the divine sight, opened his mouth to express his delight at what he saw. If he opened his mouth, the question arises: how did he know the language? Of course, it could be that the Divine Breath contained a language in its package. If so, then the question arises, which language? In what language was the first word spoken by Adam?
